What to Have Ready When You Call

Dial (708) 726-9329 with the type of job and a rough size. If you are replacing old concrete, tell us what is there now and what is wrong with it. For a foundation, keep your drawings or the addition's footprint nearby. That is enough to get started.

How the First Conversation Goes

  1. You describe the work

What you want poured, how big, what is there now and when you hope to have it done.

  2. We talk through the build

Thickness, base, drainage and finish, and whether a permit or inspection is likely.

  3. We set a time to measure

The foreman comes out, measures and then sends a written number. There is nothing to sign while we talk.

Phone Questions We Hear

Rang and got voicemail?

Odds are the crew is finishing a slab. Leave your name and the kind of job, and the foreman will ring back once the concrete is done.

Can I get a rough price over the phone?

Yes, roughly. The foreman can explain what drives cost and the likely range, then a firm written number follows the site measurement.

Do you work outside Robbins?

Yes. We pour in Midlothian, Blue Island, Alsip, Crestwood, Oak Forest, Harvey, Evergreen Park and other nearby towns.

Should I have my plans ready?

On foundation work the drawings matter a great deal. On flatwork such as a drive, patio or walk, approximate dimensions and a couple of photos will do.

Can my contractor or architect join the call?

Of course. On additions and garages it helps when everyone hears the same details about footings and timing.
